Refunds

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway items.

Shipping Disclaimer

As we are a small company - every item is currently made to order. This means lead times can be a bit longer than you’re used to with companies like Amazon! Typically items are shipped within 5-7 days. We greatly appreciate your patience and support of our small brand. We promise your order is on the way & rest assured - you won’t be disappointed when it arrives.

Your order will normally ship 5-10 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Your patience is very much appreciated as we are small brand! We will contact you with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Next Day Shipping

Some products on our website are listed as "Next Day Shipping". For those select products, your product will be fulfilled the next day but will be shipped at Ground Speed. Please understand that Next Day Shipping means we will ship out the product the next day but this does NOT mean you will receive it the next day.

Latitude Golf Co. and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

 

*Additionally, products labeled LIMITED EDITION may take up to 2 weeks as each product is made to order

Incorrect Addresses

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

Return To Sender Orders

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.

International Customers

Latitude Golf Co. is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges because each product is made to order. Please be sure to select your proper size before finalizing your payment. We apologize but all sales are final.
